• i may decline a commission for any reason
• i retain all rights to my artwork
• do not use my art for nfts, cryptocurrency, or ai related practices
• do not sell/print my art for commercial use
• tracing and referencing of my art is prohibited
• small edits to my artwork can be made with explicit permission
• you may repost work you commissioned/were given with credit and with a link to my socials preferably

commission progress
• i may decline a commission for any reason
• payment is sent upfront in full
• after the payment is sent, changes may be made prior to completion of the sketch
• i take payment through paypal and kofi
• if you notice something inaccurate or would like something changed during/after the commission is complete, please let me know

design and adoptables
• notify me prior to selling and transferring my designs
• feel free to slightly change a design you have bought from me, as long as they are still recognisably
• don’t heavily reference or colour pick my designs
• if making family members or hypokits of my designs, run it past me first
• i do not allow co-ownership of my designs
• don’t sell my designs for more than they were bought for unless you paid for additional artwork
• tracelocks on my designs are not permitted
• if your toyhouse is authorise only, please authorise me or give me a key so my designs aren't hidden
• don’t use my designs as references for customs done by other people
• when offering on designs, holds are ill-advised but if necessary please state how long you need in your comment
• refrain from backing out on your offer lest in case of emergency
• payment plans are permitted and should be completed over a 2 week period preferably
